JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is a full-time remote role. The personal assistant will be responsible for providing quality administrative assistance, managing diaries, preparing presentations, coordinating travel and accommodation trips for business executives, responding to correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the executives, and performing clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is expected to have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as he/she will be maintaining effective communication and supporting the team in the day-to-day business operations.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Personal assistant and administrative assistant skills
- Experience in record management
- Attention to details
- Strong clerical skills
- Experience in using Microsoft packages and other related tools
- Basic knowledge of business operations is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimum or no supervision
- Ability to multitask
SALARY EXPECTATIONS
SALARY: 185,000 Naira
INTERNET ALLOWANCE: 30,000
