Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Human manager manager position:
- Improving relations between staff and employers
- Planning and executing recruitment plans
- Assist in the development of a performance management program and take the initiative to ensure motivation and retention of poorly performing employees
- Assist in talent management by involving in promotion and selection
- Work with departmental management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with departmental objectives
- Provide professional advice when needed
- Implement strategies to help improve the department
- Identify departmental issues encounter
- Engaging with heads of department.
- Updating employee records
- Overseeing employee relations
- Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
- Assist in implementing disciplinary procedures
- Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- On-boarding new starters/new staff inductions
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements for the Human Resource Manager position:
- Bachelor’s with 2+ years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
- Degree in Human resources or any related course
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good communication skills
- knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.
- Prior experience in compensation & benefits and rewards management.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Computer savvy.
SALARY: 200k gross
