Wemma Bank, Port Harcourt branch is looking  for a skilled personal assistant 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for an experienced and skilled personal assistant who can work effectively from home to join our team in the Port Harcourt branch of Wema Bank. 

In this role; 

You’re expected to provide high-quality administrative support by handling different tasks remotely to the senior executive. You must be confident, and independent and possess high planning and creativity skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Prioritizing and scheduling the executive’s work calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining all digital files and records
  • Must be able to maintain and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion 
  • Assisting the office with major errands and tasks
  • Conduct necessary research for all projects and initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other necessary documents 
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executives
  • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • B.Sc. in business administration or any related field
  • At Least 3 years of experience in the role
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office suite and other related software necessary for the role
  • Experience in working remotely is an added advantage 
  • Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information 
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimum or no supervision 
  • Strong communication and human relations skills
  • Excellent time management
