A good and excellent telehealth service that focuses and specializes in men’s health, giving personalized and discrete healthcare solutions. The company ( project Growth) is seeking a male remote customer service representative to join and enhance their team.
The ideal candidate is expected to manage our community engagement in all our social media platforms including comments, text messages, DMs, and emails, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high and good quality, fluent written English communication.
The expected candidate should be a dynamic person who is capable of undertaking diverse operational and administrative tasks, including data entry, and reporting to further support delivery of service.
Job Location: completely work from home (Fully remote).
Job Time: 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Mondays to Saturdays
Job responsibilities:
- Candidates will carry out administrative support and tasks and assure in the smooth running of the telehealth service
- Candidates must maintain good and sound written English in all their customer conversations and interactions, ensuring clear , concise, and compassionate communication
- The ideal candidates should demonstrate adaptability by taking on other operational tasks as needed, showing their ability to fit into the team and contribute maximally to ensure success.
- Candidates are EXPECTED to actively engage with the customer community but respond to social media comments, DM’s text messages, and emails in a good and professional manner.
- Candidates will do data entry and reporting; perform accurate data entry tasks and prepare reports required, contributing to the efficiency of operation.

- Ensure operational efficiency by contributing to the smooth running of the services through diligent and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications for the job
- Good and excellent writing skills with the ability to speak fluently and professionally
- At Least 1-2 years of customer service experience especially in handling social media accounts, emails, and Text message communication.
- Ability to do different operational and administrative tasks
- Capacity and ability to manage time effectively to produce good results. Strong organizational skills is an added advantage.
- The willingness to work round the clock including weekends
